TOPIC : Let's talk about the cornea: What meds should I keep in my pharmacy?

SPEAKER BIO:  Dr. Ruby Goldenberg, Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists

Dr. Ruby Goldenberg graduated from U.C. Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Avian Sciences followed by a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. She then completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Specialty and Emergency Center in West Los Angeles and a residency in Comparative Ophthalmology at the Animal Eye Care Clinic in Camarillo, California. Her professional interests include diseases of the ocular surface and tear film, ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and exotic/avian ophthalmology.

1. Butternut Squash Tortellacci in brown butter sage cream sauce

2.  Fish of the week served with mashed potatoes & roasted vegetables

3.  NY Baseball cut Steak with mashed potatoes & roasted vegetables

Dessert - Mini chocolate cake with whipped cream & orange sauce
